NOTICE PLAN COMMISSION & TOWN BOARD HEARING June 18, 2026, 7:00 p.m. Town Hall in Oak Center N3349 Oak Center Road, Oakfield NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Thursday June 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission and Town Board will conduct a joint public hearing considering the following applications from Richard Hanke, Ledge Materials LLC for the property located at W8353 Breakneck Road and described as Parcel T15-14-16-27-12-001-00, S27 T14N R16E SE 1/4 SW 1/4 in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin: The first request is to rezone a portion of the parcel from General Agricultural District to Industrial District. The second request is for a Special Use Permit described under Section 11.5 (C) of the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance to allow non-metallic mining and processing of stone products including cutting, washing, screening and crushing. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that following completion of the public hearing, the Plan Commission will make recommendations to the Town Board regarding the above, and the Town Board will take final action thereon.
