NOTICE PLAN COMMISSION & TOWN BOARD HEARING March 31, 2026, 6:30 p.m. Town Hall in Oak Center N3349 Oak Center Road, Oakfield NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall in Oak Center, the Town of Oakfield Plan Commission and Town Board will conduct a joint public hearing on the consideration of the following: A proposed Sign Ordinance to promote and protect the public safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare by the orderly placement and erection of signs in the Town of Oakfield. Special Use Permit application from Jason & Samantha Roecker (petitioners) requesting two Special Use Permits in Parcel T15-14-16-28-15-002-00, Legal Description S28 T14N R16E THAT PT of SE ¼ LYG S & E of Hwy as DESC V1346-833 20A in the Town of Oakfield, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin: First request is for a Special Use Permit under Section 5.3 (2) of the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance to build a nonfarm residence on the existing 20 acre parcel in the Farmland Preservation District. Second request is for a Special Use Permit under Section 17.3 (A) of the Town of Oakfield Zoning Ordinance to build a residence and accessory structures in the Ledge Viewshed. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that following completion of the public hearing, the Plan Commission will make recommendations to the Town Board regarding the above, and the Town Board will take final action thereon.
