NOTICE – PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO GOODALE SLUM CLEARANCE AREA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS
This notice hereby informs the public including all developers and owners of land located in the Goodale Slum Clearance Area that the City of Columbus is proposing amendments to the Area's Redevelopment Plan and Declaration of Restrictions in order to redesignate Sub Area B as "Commercial Sub Area B" and provide that the Use Regulation of Commercial Sub Area B shall be for the following purposes: neighborhood retail stores and commercial offices. All owners of land affected by such change are requested to contact Lucie McMahon, grantsmgmt@columbus.gov or 614-645-7492 before 5:00 PM, April 20, 2026.
The proposed amendments and relevant Plan and Declarations documentation are available for review at https://www.columbus.gov/Government/Departments/Finance-and-Management/Grants-Management. Public comment can be sent to grantsmgmt@columbus.gov and will be considered by the City if submitted by April 20, 2026.
