NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 893.77(2), WIS. STATS. To: All Interested Persons and Entities: Please Take Notice that Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, has authorized the issuance of $10,950,000 General Obligation Capital Improvement Promissory Notes, Series 2025A, $45,200,000 Taxable General Obligation Public Museum Promissory Notes, Series 2025B and $14,565,000 Taxable General Obligation Zoo Rhino Exhibit Promissory Notes, Series 2025C, and has entered into a contract for the sale thereof. It is anticipated that the closing of said issues will be held on or about November 6, 2025. A complete copy of the proceedings had to date is on file in the office of the County Clerk, 901 North Ninth Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and may be inspected between 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., weekdays. Section 893.77(2), Wis. Stats., provides in part that any action to contest the validity of the above issues, for other than constitutional reasons, must be commenced within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice.
