NOTICE Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-2(a) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Council of the Township of Bridgewater in the County of Somerset at a meeting held on September 4, 2025, introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRIDGEWATER AMENDING SECTION 126-321.10 OF THE BRIDGEWATER TOWNSHIP CODE TO CLARIFY DWELLING UNITS The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend section 126-321.10 of the Bridgewater Township code in order to clarify dwelling units in the AH-3 Affordable Housing Zone. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said ordinance will be further considered for final passage on September 18, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. or soon thereafter at a meeting of the Township Council to be held at 100 Commons Way, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. All persons interested shall be given an opportunity at that time to be heard concerning said ordinance. Any member of the general public may obtain, without cost, a copy of the entire ordinance from the Municipal Clerk at the Bridgewater Township Municipal Building, 100 Commons Way, during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) at any time up to and including the time when the Township Council shall further consider this ordinance for final passage.
