NOTICE AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CLEONA,LEBANON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 333 ADOPTED JUNE 2, 2025 TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE WESTSIDE OF NORTH CYRUS STREET NINETY-ONE FEET FROM EAST LIBERTY ALLEY TOWARDS PENN AVENUE. Cleona Borough Council at their public meeting on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Cleona Borough Hall, 140 W. Walnut Street, Cleona, Pennsylvania 17042 will consider the adoption of an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 333 adopted on June 2, 2025 prohibiting parking on the westside of North Cyrus Street ninety-one feet from East Liberty Alley towards Penn Avenue. A brief summary of the Ordinance includes: Section 1 amends Ordinance No. 333 adopted on June 2, 2025 to prohibit parking on the westside of North Cyrus Street ninety-one feet from East Liberty Alley towards Penn Avenue; and Section 2 authorizes the placement or removal of traffic control devices to effectuate the terms and conditions of Section 1. The Ordinance contains a repealer and severability clause and shall become effective immediately after adoption.
