NOTICE NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF MANSFIELD The Joint Land Use Board of the Township of Mansfield will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Municipal Complex located at 3135 Route 206 South, Suite 2 Columbus, NJ 08022, or you may attend virtually via Zoom (information below). The nature of the matter to be considered is (1) the subdivision of the property located at 23499 Columbus Road, also known as Block 33.03, Lot 1.01, so as to separate the current medical buildings and appurtenant improvements from the residential and farm related uses and improvements, and (2) a use variance to confirm the Board's prior 2006 subdivision and site plan approvals allowing the septic field associated with the approved office use to be located in the R-1 Zone, including any other variances and waivers that the plans may disclose, which property is located partially in the R-1 Zoning District and partially in the C-3 Zoning District.
