NOTICE Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-2(a) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Council of the Township of Bridgewater in the County of Somerset at a meeting held on December 3, 2025, introduced and passed on first reading an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRIDGEWATER AMENDING SECTION 320.3 ENTITLED "BRCC BRIDGWATER REGIONAL CORPORATE CENTER ZONE" WITHIN CHAPTER 126 (LAND USE) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BRIDGEWATER SO AS TO BRING THE BRIDGEWATER REGIONAL CORPORATE CENTER ZONE INTO CONFORMANCE WITH THE TOWNSHIP 2025 MASTER PLAN RE-EXAMINATION REPORT AND ITS ADOPTION BY THE TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD This ordinance amends Bridgewater Township's Bridgewater Regional Corporate Center Zone (BRCC) within the Land Use Chapter of the Municipal Code, bringing it into alignment with the recommendations of the Township's 2025 Master Plan Re-Examination Report. The updates provide for expanded permitted and accessory uses, including a broader range of medical services and complementary food establishments, revising the required parking standards, introducing new signage regulations, and adjusting certain bulk standards. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said ordinance will be further considered for final passage on December 17, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. or soon thereafter at a meeting of the Township Council to be held at 100 Commons Way, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. All persons interested shall be given an opportunity at that time to be heard concerning said ordinance. Any member of the general public may obtain, without cost, a copy of the entire ordinance from the Municipal Clerk at the Bridgewater Township Municipal Building, 100 Commons Way, during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) at any time up to and including the time when the Township Council shall further consider this ordinance for final passage.
