NOTICE Project: Flagler Palm Coast HS VAV Replacement Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected by Flagler Schools to provide construction management at risk (CMAR) services for the Palm Coast HS VAV Replacement. The project is located at 5500 State Route 100, Palm Coast, FL. Bids are being solicited for this project. All bids are to be submitted through Building Connected no later than February 11, 2026 @ 3:00 pm. Scope of work includes: Selective removal and re-install of acoustical ceiling tile/grid, demo existing FPB and VAV's and install new VAVs. Associated controls and electrical work.
