PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Howell did, adopt a Memorialization Resolution granting Ralph & Geraldine Martinez variance approval for a recently contructed patio and pavers that were installed within the required side and rear yard setback, at the property identified as Block 1.20, Lot 3, located at 61 Deborah Lane in the Township of Howell and situated in the R-3 Residential Zone as a result of a hearing held on November 10, 2025 with memorialization on December 22, 2025, and that this decision is on file in the office of the Zoning Board Administrator of the Township of Howell.
