NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LOGAN COUNTY, ARKANSAS NORTHERN DISTRICT PROBATE DIVISION II IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: JERRY NEAL FOSHEE, Deceased CASE NO. 42PPR-25-79 Name of Decedent: Jerry Neal Foshee. Last known address of Decedent: Magazine, Arkansas 72943. Date of death: February 23, 2022. That Tina Hargrove, whose address is 127 Truesdale St., Rochester, New York 14615, has been appointed as administratrix of the estate of Jerry Neal Foshee, deceased, on November 26, 2025. That at the time of his death, Decedent owned an undivided interest in the following described real property located in Logan County, Arkansas: Partof Lot 8 and a fractional part of Lot 5 in the NE ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 North, Range 26 West, described as beginning at the SW corner of said Lot 8, thence East 760 feet, thence North 1328.38 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of State Highway 109, thence along said right-of-way line South 44° 09' West 1091.13 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 8, thence South 548.77 feet to the point of beginning, containing 16 acres, more or less. LESS AND EXCEPT road right-of-way along the West side of said property. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
