NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the 2026 annual meeting of members of Forward Mutual Holding Company will be held at 1001 North Central Avenue, Marshfield, Wisconsin on April 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., local time. Business to be conducted at the meeting shall be the election of directors and any other business that may properly come before the meeting. As of the first publication date of this notice, the board of directors of Forward Mutual Holding Company is not aware of any other business to come before the meeting. Members of Forward Mutual Holding Company as of the close of business on March 31, 2026, shall be entitled to vote at the annual meeting and any adjournment or postponement of the annual meeting.
