NOTICE
The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-149 Amending Zoning Map (Dale and Laurie Bogart). This ordinance rezones 1.161 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture District to Rural Residential District, and rezones 1.22 acres from Rural Residential District to Exclusive Agriculture District in the Town of Kossuth.
The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-150 Amending Zoning Map (Edward and Carla Kakes). This ordinance rezones 2.35 acres of land from Large Estate Residential District to Rural Residential District in the Town of Two Creeks.
The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-151 Amending Zoning Map (Jason and Sheila Kittell). This ordinance rezones 5.22 acres of land from Large Estate Residential District to Rural Residential District in the Town of Gibson.
The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-152 Amending Zoning Map (Greg Lax and Dean Lax). This ordinance rezones 5.00 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture District to Small Estate Residential District in the Town of Eaton.
The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-153 Amending Zoning Map (Christine Schadrie). This ordinance rezones 2.74 acres of land from Large Estate Residential District to Rural Residential District in the Town of Two Creeks.
The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-154 Amending Zoning Map (Dean Stuckmann). This ordinance rezones 8.949 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture District to Large Estate Residential District in the Town of Centerville.
The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-155 Amending Zoning Map (Preissner Investments). This ordinance rezones 2.213 acres of land from General Agriculture District to Small Estate Residential District in the Town of Schleswig.
These ordinances were enacted at the March 17, 2026 County Board session.
