NOTICE Maurer-Stutz, Inc. is seeking proposals from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) to perform construction phase electrical, mechanical, plumbing engineering services and architectural services for the Macomb Water Treatment Plant Improvements and Remote Well Installations project located in Macomb, IL. These two projects were bid on March 30, 2026. A Notice of Intent to Award both projects will be heard by Macomb City Council on April 6, 2026. Construction engineering professional services will include shop drawing review, site visits to check construction work, attendance at construction meetings, responding to construction questions, punch list development, etc. Respondents must be licensed professional engineers in Illinois.
