R.S. 22:691.4.E.(2) notice Is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, the Louisiana Department of Insurance, located at 1702 North Third Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802 will hold a public hearing concerning the acquisition of Pellerin Life Insurance Company, Inc. by Louisiana Life Holdings, Inc. The Hearing will begin at 10:00 am in the Poydras Hearing room located on the first floor.
