Poalillo, Administrator D.B.N., Plaintiff in the above action, filed a Praecipe for Writ of Summons in the Court at the above term and number on May 7, 2026. On May 12, 2026, Petitioner filed a Motion for Alternate Service. By Order of Court dated May 12, 2026, Plaintiff was granted leave to serve the Writ of Summons upon Cesar M. Gonzalez and Pocono Premier Realty LLC by mailing true and correct copies of the pleading by regular and certified mail, having Monroe County Sheriff post a copy of the pleading at both 164 Horseshoe Drive, Effort PA and 1819 PA Route 611, Swiftwater PA and by publication in compliance with PA RCP 430, which provides that the publication shall be by advertising a notice of the action in the legal publication designated by the Court for the publication of legal notices and in one newspaper of general circulation within the County.
