NOTICE The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2026/2028-11 Amending Zoning Map (Thomas and Mary Kay Geiger). This ordinance rezones 2.9 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture District to Small Estate Residential District in the Town of Maple Grove. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2026/2028-12 Amending Zoning Map (Kappellen Living Trust). This ordinance rezones 0.399 acres of land from General Agriculture District to Lake Residential District in the Town of Schleswig. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2026/2028-13 Amending Zoning Map (Eric Mueller). This ordinance rezones 5.45 acres of land from Exclusive Agriculture District to Large Estate Residential District in the Town of Eaton. The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2026/2028-14 Amending Zoning Map (J Kenneth Schnell Revoc Living Trust). This ordinance rezones 2.21 acres of land from General Agriculture District to Small Estate Residential District in the Town of Schleswig. These ordinances were enacted at the May 19, 2026 County Board session.
