NOTICE Notice is given that the Administrator of the Successions of Camille Thibodeaux and Ada Green Thibodeaux, husband and wife (A Small Succession), Docket No. P-20260383 I, 15th JDC, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, has petitioned for authority to sell the immovable property and any and all improvements known by the municipal address of 314 Spring St., Lafayette, LA 70501 and being Lafayette Parish Assessor Parcel No. 6068411 at private sale in accordance with Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Article 3281, et seq, for FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($45,000.00) DOLLARS cash, with the sale to be in "as is" condition and subject to the further terms and conditions contained in the Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell which is filed in said proceedings. The Order granting such authority may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of the second publication of this notice.
