NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Newtown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to be held on Wednesday July 8, 2026, at the Newtown Township Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Newtown, PA 18940, at 7:00 PM, the Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider, and if appropriate, grant the application of Overlook at Newtown Community Association, Inc. for a PRD variance from the final plan of Overlook at Newtown, a planned residential development, to remove the prohibition against fences in the development. The property is identified as the Overlook at Newtown. If you wish to participate in the hearing and are a person with a disability requiring an auxiliary aide, service, or other accommodation to participate in it, please contact the Township Office (215-968-2800) to discuss how the Township can best accommodate your needs.
