NOTICE Raleigh and Fayetteville Railroad, LLC (RFCC) is soliciting sealed bids for railroad materials for an upcoming project along the RFCC Fayetteville Branch in Harnett County of North Carolina as part of the Short Line Improvement Program (SIAP). The materials include cross ties, switch ties, frogs, ballast, and other associated track material. The invitation to bid with specifications can be accessed at https://www.rjcorman.com/contact/bidding-opportunities. The deadline to submit the bids via sealed envelope is 7/29/2026 at 3PM local time. No bids will be taken after this date and time.
