NOTICE 9TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF RAPIDES STATE OF LOUSIANA PROBATE NO.: 48,548 DIVISION: "A" SUCCESSION OF JETTIE TYSON WIGGINS AND HENRY WIGGINS NOTICE TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE The provisional administratrix of the above estate has made application to the court for the sale, of immovable property described, as follows: That certain piece, parcel, lot or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon situated and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and more particularly described as follows: Part of Lots 38 and 39 of subdivision of Hooper lands in section 18, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, more particularly described as follows: Begin at a point where the East line of lot 39 intersects the South right of way of the Old Marksville Road, thence North 85 degrees East 351.1 feet, thence South 2 degrees 15 minutes West 42.3 feet, thence South 85 degrees West 39.3 feet, thence South 2 degrees 15 minutes West 97.7 feet, thence North 83 degrees 15 minutes West 504.4 feet, thence North 2 ½ degrees East 39 feet, thence North 85 degrees East 195.3 feet to the point of beginning, all as is more clearly shown enclosed with the heavy line on the plat thereof annexed hereto and filed herewith. Improvements located thereon bear municipal address: 1800 Melrose Street, Pineville, Louisiana 71360. On the following terms and conditions to-wit: $40,000.00 cash or its equivalent for the tract. Notice is now given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of decedent, and of this estate, that they be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating that application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
