NOTICE
Please take notice that the undersigned has appealed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Aberdeen for variance relief from the provisions of section 25-5.8 of Land Development Ordinance, and any and all other variances deemed necessary by the Zoning Board, as to permit:
Extension of fence 12 feet out on side property, on premises located on 46 Fordham Drive Aberdeen NJ 07747 known as Block 101, Lot 1 on the tax map.
The application, maps and plans are on file at the Department of Planning/Zoning and Development, One Aberdeen Square, Aberdeen NJ and are available for inspection weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This appeal is now on the secretary's calendar, and a Public Hearing has been ordered for August 26,2026 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, in the Aberdeen Township Municipal building, at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granting of this appeal.
