You are named as a Defendant in this action, which is based upon a motor vehicle accident that occurred on January 11, 2024, wherein you operated a motor vehicle that caused injuries to the Plaintiff, Jonathan Vasquez-Cruz. You must file and serve a written answer or motion with a fee of $175.00 and a Case Information Statement if you want the court to hear your defense. If you fail to file and serve a written answer or motion within 35 days, the court may enter judgment by default against you and grant Plaintiff the relief demanded in the Complaint, plus interest and costs of suit.
