This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a certain tax certificate bearing number 20-00003, sold on 11/5/2021, dated 11/8/2021, with the interest at 0.00% for the sum of $498.91, being the unpaid taxes for the year 2020-2021 in the amount of $447.86, plus interest amounting to $36.05 and costs amounting to $15.00, which certificate of sale was in the form prescribed by statute of the State of New Jersey, recorded in the Monmouth County Clerk's Office on 1/24/2024 in Book 9675, Page 3354, it was assigned to Fundpality II, LLC on 6/16/2025 which assignment was recorded on 6/20/2025 in Book 9743, Page 2909 and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff WHP Equities, LLC on 6/16/2025 which Assignment was recorded in the Monmouth County Clerk's Office on 6/20/2025 under in Book 9743, Page 2909 and (2) to recover possession of the Premises commonly known as 105 Stokes St, Freehold, NJ 07728.
