YOU ARE HEREBY placed on notice that WHP Equities LLC , the plaintiff in the within tax sale foreclosure, filed a Notice of Motion for Final Judgment on 3/3/2026 in the Superior Court of New Jersey, County of Ocean, returnable on 3/27/2026. The entry of final judgment will extinguish your rights in the property. Any objections to the entry of the Motion for Final Judgment must be made in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
A copy of the Notice of Motion for Final Judgment will be furnished upon request addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff below.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a certain tax certificate bearing number 20-00269, sold on 10/14/2020, dated 10/14/2020, and was recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office on 11/25/2020 in Book 18171, Page 611 made by the Tax Collector of to BB 316 Investments LLC and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff WHP Equities LLC on 12/24/2025 which Assignment was recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office on 12/26/2025 in Book 20238, Page 1770 and (2) to recover possession of the Premises commonly known as 1036B Aberdeen Dr, Lakewood, NJ 08701. Block 1587, Lot 1036.02.

IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THIS RIGHT, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, IN WRITING, OF YOUR DEMAND FOR A JUDICIAL (SHERIFF'S) SALE.
IF YOU DEMAND A JUDICIAL (SHERIFF'S) SALE WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED, THE SUPERIOR COURT SHALL ORDER THE ENTRY OF A FINAL JUDGMENT AND WRIT OF EXECUTION DIRECTING THAT THE PROPERTY BE SOLD AT A JUDICIAL (SHERIFF'S) SALE.
IF NO TIMELY DEMAND IS MADE FOR A JUDICIAL (SHERIFF'S) SALE AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THE FORECLOSURE ACTION SHALL PROCEED WITHOUT A JUDICIAL (SHERIFF'S) SALE OR INTERNET AUCTION.
