Any objections to the entry of the aforesaid motions must be made in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. A copy of the Notice of Motion to Substitute Plaintiff and Notice of Motion to Vacate Final Judgment and Writ of Execution will be furnished upon request addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff below.
