YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Saldutti Law Group, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 1040 N. Kings Highway, Suite 100, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08034, telephone number 856-779-0300, an Answer to the Complaint (and Amendment to the Complaint, if any) filed in a civil action, in which 1ST COLONIAL COMMUNITY BANK is Plaintiff and ONEIDA FORTUNA AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) 1-5, et al, are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, CAMDEN County, and bearing docket number F-9720-25, within thirty five (35) days after ________________, the actual date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint (and Amendment to the Complaint, if any). You shall file your Answer, Case Information Statement and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Office of Foreclosure, Hughes Justice Complex, P. O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.

This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a Mortgage dated August 3, 2018 made by Oneida Fortuna, as mortgagor, to 1st Colonial Community Bank, recorded on August 24, 2018 in Book 10951, Page 807, et seq. in the Office of the Clerk of Camden County; and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 1106 N 18th Street, Block 825, Lot 18, Camden City, New Jersey.
YOU, ONEIDA FORTUNA, are made a party defendant to this matter because you executed the Note and Mortgage to Plaintiff and may be liable for any deficiency and are a record owner of the subject property and for any right, title, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the said mortgage premises.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
