Bush, Jr. as mortgagor, to South Jersey Federal Credit Union and recorded on February 17, 2018 in Book 10826 of Mortgages for Camden County, page 1136; and (2) covers real estate located at 854 Haddon Avenue, Camden, New Jersey 08103; Block 365 Lot 33. John J. Bush, Jr., you are made a defendant because you are the record owner of the mortgaged premises, and the mortgagor of the mortgage being foreclosed in the within foreclosure action. Allegheny Resources LLC, you are made a defendant by virtue of a judgment entered against John Bush in the Superior Court of New Jersey on November 5, 2020, under Judgment No. DJ-099749-2020.
