Hood, Tax Collector of the City of Camden, to City of Camden and recorded on May 30, 1996 in Book 4526 for Camden County, page 13; by assignment dated January 17, 2006, said tax sale certificate was assigned to The Tax Lien Financing Corporation, which assignment was recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on March 21, 2006 in Book 8153, Page 1; by assignment dated June 30, 2011, said tax sale certificate was assigned to City of Camden, which assignment was recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on August 5, 2011 in Book 9444, Page 791; by assignment dated October 30, 2024, said tax sale certificate was assigned to Jocelyn Tirado, which assignment was recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on January 27, 2025 in Book 12743, Page 717; and (2) covers real estate located at 759 Pine Street, Camden, New Jersey 08103; Block 352, Lot 31.
