Champey, husband and wife to Hudson City Savings Bank, recorded in the Morris County Clerk's Office on November 20, 2015 in Book 22818, page 1089, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 2 Bittersweet Lane, Township Mendham, Far Hills, NJ 07931 and is further described as Lot 61, Block 107 and Lot 61, Qualifier QFARM, Block 107 on the Tax Map of the Township Mendham.
