Gfroehrer to M&T Bank, a Corporation, recorded in the Middlesex County Clerk's Office on February 5, 2020 in Book 17774, page 1674, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 438 Hudson Boulevard, Township of Woodbridge, Avenel, NJ 07001 and is further described as Lot 2, Block 848.021 (former Block 848.B1) on the Tax Map of the Township of Woodbridge.
