This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated May 11, 2022 made by Nishith Sheth and Umang Sheth, father and son to Rocket Mortgage, LLC, FKA Quicken Loans, LLC, recorded in the Middlesex County Clerk's Office on May 20, 2022 in Book 18933, page 1477, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 458 Westgate Drive, Edison, NJ 08820 and is further described as Lot 5.03 (formerly Lot 5.M3), Qualifer C0458, Block 411 on the Tax Map of the Township of Edison.
