YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP, counsel for the plaintiff, with an address of 485F US Highway 1 S., Building F, Suite 300, Iselin, NJ 08830, with a telephone number of (732) 902-5399, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action where Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2019-3 is the plaintiff and Jennifer Gossweiler, et al. is the defendant. The action is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Morris County, and bears Docket No. F-009203-25. Your Answer must be filed within thirty-five (35) days of September 16, 2025, excluding that date, or if this publication runs after September 16, 2025, within thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of publication, excluding that date. If you fail to file an Answer, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex – CN 971, Trenton, NJ 08625, with a copy to McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP, in accordance with the NJ Rules of Court.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated October 14, 2008 made by Jennifer Gossweiler and Robert Gossweiler, Jr. to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., recorded in the Morris County Clerk's Office on October 22, 2008 in Book 21174, page 1505, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 38 Park Street, Unit 10-D, Florham Park, NJ 07932 and is further described as Lot 1.104 fka 1 qual C10-D, Block 702.

Hearthwood Condominium Association, Inc. is made a party defendant to this action for any interest, lien or claim it may have in, to or against the premises being foreclosed upon herein by reason of a Claim of Lien dated January 4, 2023 and recorded on January 5, 2023, in the office of the Morris County Clerk in Book 24550, Page 1690 et seq., in the approximate amount of $10,787.00; and interest in its favor against, Robert Gossweiler, Jr. and Jennifer Fata. This lien is included to foreclose those portions of the lien, if any, that does not have priority over the mortgage pursuant to N.J.S.A. 46:8b-21, as amended.
Hearthwood Village Condominium Association, Inc. is made a party defendant to this action for any interest, lien or claim it may have in, to or against the premises being foreclosed upon herein by reason of a Notice of Assessment Lien dated January 9, 2024 and recorded on January 12, 2024, in the office of the Morris County Clerk in Book 24702, Page 1907 et seq., in the approximate amount of $12,424.00; and interest in its favor against, Robert Gossweiler and Jennifer Gossweiler. This lien is included to foreclose those portions of the lien, if any, that does not have priority over the mortgage pursuant to N.J.S.A. 46:8b-21, as amended.
Hearthwood Village Condominium Association, Inc. is further made a party defendant to this action for any interest, lien or claim it may have in, to or against the premises being foreclosed upon herein by reason of a Claim of Lien dated April 1, 2025 and recorded on April 2, 2025, in the office of the Morris County Clerk in Book 24898, Page 669 et seq., in the approximate amount of $21,324.63; and interest in its favor against, Robert Gossweiler and Jennifer Gossweiler. This lien is included to foreclose those portions of the lien, if any, that does not have priority over the mortgage pursuant to N.J.S.A. 46:8b-21, as amended.
