STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO the unknown heirs, devisees and personal representatives of MARGARET B. ROWAND, deceased, and EARL ROWAND, deceased, and any of their successors in right, title or interest.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Fidelity National Law Group, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 103 Eisenhower Parkway, Suite 213, Roseland, New Jersey, phone # 973-863-7000, an answer to the First Amended Verified Complaint filed on August 5, 2025, in a civil action in which PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a plaintiff and the unknown heirs/devisees and personal representatives of MARGARET B. ROWAND, deceased, and EARL ROWAN, deceased, et. al., are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Camden County under Docket No. CAM-C-69-25, within thirty-five (35) days after September 30, 2025, exclusive of such date or if published after September 30, 2025, 35 days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the First Amended Verified Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Camden County at the Camden County Hall of Justice, 101 South 5th Street, Camden, NJ 08103, in accordance with the rules governing the courts.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of obtaining an Order from the Court reforming the "Mortgage (Home Equity Conversion)" dated December 14, 2007 executed and delivered by Margaret B. Rowand and Earl Rowand (identified therein as husband and wife), in favor of Acre Mortgage & Finance Inc. for the maximum principal amount of $291,000.00, recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on January 7, 2008, in MTG-OR Book 08741, Page 0212, to add the missing legal (metes and bounds) description of the encumbered property commonly known as 2148 Bartram Avenue, Atco, New Jersey 08004, and further identified as Block 1901, Lot 35, on the tax map of the Township of Waterford, Camden County, New Jersey.

YOU, the unknown heirs, devisees and personal representatives of MARGARET B. ROWAND, deceased, and EARL ROWAN, deceased, and any of their successors in right, title or interest, are hereby made party defendants in this mortgage reformation action because MARGARET B. ROWAND and EARL ROWAN were previous record owners of the subject property and mortgagors to the above-referenced mortgage.
