The action is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Camden County, and bears Docket No. F-008874-25. Your Answer must be filed within thirty-five (35) days of September 30, 2025, excluding that date, or if this publication runs after September 30, 2025, within thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of publication, excluding that date. If you fail to file an Answer, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated April 10, 2006 made by Esmeralda Toro to Gateway Funding Diversified Mortgage Services LP, recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on April 27, 2006 in Book 08187, page 1224, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 305 Mechanic Street, Camden, NJ 08104 and is further described as Lot 117, Block 276 (formerly Block 556) on the Tax Map of the City of Camden.
