Dehaven, husband and wife, to Quicken Loans Inc., recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on October 15, 2009 in Book 09119, page 0414, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 7 Center Street, Westmont, NJ 08108 and is further described as Lot 14 (formerly Lot 19), Block 21.07 (formerly Block 75) on the Tax Map of the Township of Haddon.
