D/B/A Refinance.com,, recorded in the Hudson County Clerk's Office on January 6, 2007 in Book 15277, page 00336, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 152 Ivy Street, Kearny, NJ 07032 and is further described as Lot 23 (formerly Lot 33.B), Block 241 (formerly Block 205) on the Tax Map of the Town of Kearny.
