This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated July 2, 2004 made by Barbara Kaminski, unmarried, to Hudson City Savings Bank, recorded in the Somerset County Clerk's Office on July 13, 2004 in Book OPR 5616, page 1808, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 18 Deanna Drive, Unit No. 40, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 and is further described as Lot 68 (formerly Lot 17.261), Qualifier C0040 (formerly Qualifier CONDO), Block 153.08 on the Tax Map of the Township of Hillsborough.
