This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated February 25, 2010, made by Jaleh Fassihi, as mortgagors, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Superior Mortgage Corp., recorded on March 22, 2010, in Mortgage Book 9195, Page 1585, for Camden County, which Mortgage was subsequently assigned to the Plaintiff; and (2) to recover possession of the mortgaged premises commonly known as 611 Ardsley Avenue, Somerdale, NJ 08083, Block 134, Lot 2.
