Florendo, wife and husband, to NJ Lenders Corp, recorded in the Somerset County Clerk's Office on February 9, 2022 in Book 7423, page 3579, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 622 Legion Court, Bound Brook, NJ 08805 and is further described as Lot 68, Block 69 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Bound Brook.
