Clinton, husband and wife, to SIB Mortgage Corp. d/b/a Ivy Mortgage, recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office on November 30, 1999 in Book 5025, page 0441, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 2277 Hovsons Boulevard, Toms River, NJ 08753 and is further described as Lot 36, Block 192.01 on the Tax Map of the Township of Toms River.
