YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon the Law Offices of Knuckles & Manfro, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 600 East Crescent Avenue, Suite 201, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458, an answer to the Complaint and/or Amended Complaint, if applicable, filed in a civil action in which MCLP Asset Company, Inc., is plaintiff and WAYNE E. HARRIS, HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND HIS/HER/THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, et al. are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, SUSSEX County, and bearing Docket No. F-000245-26, within 35 days after February 4, 2026, exclusive of such date or if published after February 4, 2026, 35 days after the actual date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint and/or Amended Complaint, if applicable. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey, 08625, together with your check in the sum of $175.00 representing the filing fee in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated July 24, 2002, made by Wayne E. Harris as mortgagor, to NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, recorded in the Sussex County Clerk's/Register's Office on August 12, 2002 in Book 4691, Page 75, et seq., which mortgage was assigned to the plaintiff MCLP Asset Company, Inc.; and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 204 Idalroy Trail, Hopatcong, NJ 07843 in Lot 2, Block 11202 on the Tax Assessment map of the Borough of Hopatcong.

YOU, WAYNE E. HARRIS, HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND HIS/HER/THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, are made defendants because you are the unknown heirs of WAYNE E. HARRIS, mortgagor, who is the record owner of the mortgaged premises and who executed plaintiff's obligation and mortgage being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any deficiency, and for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to, or against the mortgaged premises.
