Riis to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, a Federal Association, recorded in the Sussex County Clerk's Office on August 17, 2005 in Book 07070, page 00017, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 71 Greenhill Road, Hamburg, NJ 07419 and is further described as Lot 34 (formerly Lot 52), Block 581 (formerly Block 260.07) on the Tax Map of the Township of Vernon.
