This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated March 17, 2021 made by Sung Won Choi A/K/A Sungwon Choi, married man, and Seo Yeon Shin, to Homeside Financial, LLC DBA Lower,, recorded in the Bergen County Clerk's Office on April 22, 2021 in Book V 4097, page 1241, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 100 Old Palisade Road, Apartment 3310, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 and is further described as Lot 3 (formerly Lot 2.03), Qualifier C3310, Block 3352 (formerly Block 3302) on the Tax Map of the Borough of Fort Lee.
