THIS ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a Notice of Lien Claim in favor of the Village of Timber Creek Association and against Barbara A. Little, recorded in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Camden County on May 6, 2025 in Book OR12810, Page 1605 and covers real estate located in the Borough of Lindenwold, County of Camden and State of New Jersey, known as Block 240, Lot 4.05-C-0101 as shown on the Tax Map of the Borough of Lindenwold and commonly known as 101 Timber Creek Drive, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021.
If you cannot afford an attorney, you may call the Legal Services Office in the county where you live or the Legal Services of New Jersey Statewide Hotline at 1-888-LSNJ-LAW (1-888-576-5529).
YOU, BARBARA A. LITTLE, are made a party herein because title of record to the premises became vested in Barbara A. Little by deed of conveyance dated August 14, 1984 and recorded in September of 1984 in Deed Book 4155, Page 569, in the Office of the Camden County Clerk, Camden, New Jersey. YOU, UNKNOWN OWNERS/UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS, their heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest, are made a party herein as other than the present owner named herein, the plaintiff has been unable to ascertain the name of the owner having a record chain of title to the lands above described and a careful and diligent search of the indices in the office of the surrogate and county clerk of deeds and mortgages in the county in which the land is situate, and in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court and extending back at least sixty years next preceding the date of the sale, does not disclose the name of an owner having a record chain of title to the lands described in the certificate of sale and therefore, plaintiff joins as defendants to this proceeding "Unknown Owners/Unknown Claimants", their heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest.
YOU, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) AND/OR OCCUPANT(S) 1-10 are named as Defendants herein because each of them may be in possession of a portion of the Property and for any lien, claim or interest each of them may have in, to or against the Property. However, the Association shall not seek a Writ of Possession to evict any occupant protected by the New Jersey Anti-Eviction Act N.J.S.A. 2A:18-16.1, et seq.
4. YOU, ESTATE OF BARBARA A. LITTLE, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; are named as a Defendant because it is believed that Barbara A. Little departed this Earth on March 9, 2023.
YOU, NORMA L. LITTLE; SHONYETTE N. LITTLE; VERONA SHAW LITTLE; AND ODELL F. LITTLE are named as Defendants herein because it is believed that may be heirs of Barbara A. Little.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the Complaint, a copy of which will be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorneys of the Plaintiff at the above-mentioned address.
