This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated February 14, 2014 made by Tong Dong and Honghong Zhang, husband and wife, to Hudson City Savings Bank, recorded in the Morris County Clerk's Office on February 19, 2014 in Book 22495, page 1019, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 27 Gordon Circle, Unit #27, Building 4, Parsippany, NJ 07054 and is further described as Lot 27 (formerly Lot 13.01), Block 698.05 (formerly Block 698) on the Tax Map of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills.
