This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated May 23, 2023 made by Jennifer Lynn Bachman, an unmarried woman, and Carl Tocci, a married man, as tenants in common, to Movement Mortgage, LLC,, recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office on June 12, 2023 in Book 19402, page 1947, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 22 Lawrence Avenue, Township of Berkeley, Bayville, NJ 08721 and is further described as Lot 10, Block 1276 (formerly Block 1276.03) on the Tax Map of the Township of Berkeley.
