D/B/A Upland Mortgage, recorded in the Bergen County Clerk's Office on June 17, 2003 in Book 12569, page 570, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 442 Lewandowski Street, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 and is further described as Lot 1, Block 168 on the Tax Map of the Township of Lyndhurst.
