This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing certain Mortgages as follows A) dated September 28, 2022 made by 21 Kansas LLC, as mortgagor, to Financial Resources Federal Credit Union, recorded on October 6, 2022 in Book 19188, Page 1615, et seq. in the Office of the Clerk of Ocean County B) dated February 26, 2025 made by 21 Kansas LLC, as mortgagor, to Financial Resources Federal Credit Union, recorded on May 14, 2025 in Book 20012, Page 588, et seq. in the Office of the Clerk of Ocean County; and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 21 Kansas Road, Block 326.215, Lot 12, Little Egg Harbor Township, Ocean County, New Jersey.
