C-000002-26, SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CHANCERY DIVISION, MORRIS COUNTY STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO LILLIAS COOK, a/k/a LILLIAN COOK, individually and her heirs; and LILLIAN M. COOK, as Executrix of the Estate of JOSEPH H.M. COOK YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon the Law Offices of MEYNER AND LANDIS LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, with an address of One Gateway Center, Suite 2500, Newark, New Jersey 07102 and with a telephone number of 973-602-3457, an Answer to the COMPLAINT filed in a civil action in which WILDLIFE PRESERVES, INC. is Plaintiff and LILLIAS COOK, a/k/a LILLIAN COOK, individually and her heirs; LILLIAN M. COOK, as Executrix of the Estate of JOSEPH H.M. COOK are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Morris County, bearing Docket No. C-000002-26 within thirty five (35) days after June 9, 2026, exclusive of such date, or, if published after June 9, 2026, thirty five (35) days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the COMPLAINT plus interest and costs of suit. If you do not file and serve a written answer or motion within 35 days, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
